Project of new ERP and CRM system TERRASOFT
In April 2013 PLASTA has started the project on a new ERP and CRM system TERRASOFT which will become the main tool both for PLASTA everyday operations and strategic management decisions.
TERRASOFT will help to organize PLASTA operations more effectively, including the following main areas: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), sales and purchasing management, production planning, cash flow optimization. The new system will also reduce paperwork volumes and allow employees to work more effectively.
We hope that PLASTA customers will notice the first positive changes in the nearest future: better customer service, more accurate information about production and delivery terms, pricing changes, news, etc.
The project will be implemented in stages, and the first stage covers CRM and sales management. TERRASOFT will be fully implemented at the end of 2014. By that time all PLASTA departments will use TERRASOFT for everyday operations and strategic management decisions.
