The joint-stock company "Plasta" is one of the largest manufacturers of plastic products in the Baltic States.
There is a railway branch line built in the territory of " Plasta". The nearest airport is located 10 km away from the company, the nearest seaport – 312 km away and the nearest river port – 102 km away.
JSC "Plasta" was awarded 2 diplomas for successful trade, development and good product quality: in 1999 with PE pipes for gas-mains and fibre optics at the competition Lithuanian Product of the Year’99 and in 2000 with sewage reservoir and cover at the competition Lithuanian Product of the Year’2000. In 2001 indoor sewage pipes and their connecting parts were granted the highest award – medal – at the exhibition Lithuanian Products.

EXPORT:

JSC "Plasta" sells the major part of its production in the market of western Europe. The products are being exported to Finland, Norway, France, Sweden, Denmark, England, Germany and Holland.
In 1999, joining the globalisation process of European countries, the company considerably expanded its export to Germany and Sweden with PE pipes for fibre optics cables.
