QUALITY MANAGEMENT

   

In 2000 the Quality Management System conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:1994 standards was implemented and certified in the company Plasta. The Quality System, being audited and improved on a constant basis, is the means for implementation of the Quality Policy of the company, quality control and assurance, comprising technical requirements and control of processes taking place in all the spheres of company activity. It guarantees conformity of products to the quality requirements and a  high level of customer service. On the 2nd July 2003 the company was granted a certificate, proving that the existing Quality System conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 standard (certificate registration No. 150031739).

THE AIM:

To achieve the quality level complying with the supreme requirements and to satisfy customers’ needs. To keep the leading position in the Lithuanian  market, to expand the market in the foreign countries.

STRATEGIC TASKS, DIRECTIONS OF ACTIVITY:

-          to prepare, implement and constantly improve the Quality Management System according to the requirements of LST EN ISO 9001:2000 standard;
-          to identify the customers’ needs and foresee them;
-          to improve production technologies and implement technical novelties;
-          to raise qualification of all the employees systematically;
-          to make sure that each employee is personally responsible for the quality of products and his/her work according to the position and competence.

THE MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY IS OBLIDGED:

-          to give the employees everything necessary for carrying out their work well and efficiently by assuring the social guarantees and benevolent mutual understanding atmosphere;
-          to recognise employees’ merits, creative initiatives and to encourage them to strive for better results;
-          to create conditions for implementing ideas and proposals, after estimating their practical use;
-          to pay special attention to selection of employees and improving their skills;
-          to pay salaries in line with employees’ work results;
-          to look through the Quality Policy each year to keep it right.
